Requirements for a Valid DMCA Notice

Your written DMCA notice must include all of the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized person.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the infringing material and its location on the site (URL).
• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the removed material and its prior location.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was in error.
• Your name, address, phone, email, and consent to federal court jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringer Policy
