Ballparks › Sutter Health Park
After leaving Oakland, the Athletics needed somewhere to play while their permanent Las Vegas ballpark was built. The answer was Sutter Health Park in West Sacramento, home of the River Cats, the club's own Triple-A affiliate.
With a capacity around 14,000, it is one of the smallest venues to host a big-league club in the modern era, an unusual, intimate chapter for a franchise between homes.
It is explicitly a bridge: the plan calls for the A's to play here through the 2027 season before moving into their new ballpark on the Las Vegas Strip.
