What's announced for food and drinks inside the A's Las Vegas ballpark, plus pregame dining at the resorts around Las Vegas Blvd and Tropicana Ave.

Quick answer: Inside the A's ballpark, Aramark runs concessions and Will Guidara leads the culinary program, confirmed by the team, with 34 concession markets and 27 bars reported by the Las Vegas Review-Journal. For pregame, the resorts around Las Vegas Blvd and Tropicana Ave, including MGM Grand, New York-New York, Excalibur and Luxor, all have full dining lineups.

Food is a big part of any ballpark trip, and the A's have made it a selling point in Las Vegas. Menus, vendors and prices for the ballpark have not been released, so this guide covers what has been announced, then the resorts within reach for a meal or a drink before first pitch. What Food Will Be Inside the A's Ballpark?

Who runs the food

Confirmed by the team on its Ballpark Experience site: Aramark is the concessionaire, and Will Guidara leads the culinary program. The team's site says Aramark and Guidara developed the Diamond Club, and it describes a multi-course, table-service menu at the Athletic Club, both premium spaces.

How many places to eat and drink

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reported these counts (December 23, 2025):

  • 34 concession markets
  • 27 bars
  • 62 restrooms
  • 16 elevators and escalators

Specific stands, local vendors and menu items have not been announced yet. Neither have concession prices.

Circa at the ballpark

Circa is the first founding partner and official sportsbook of the ballpark, and there will be a Circa Dugout Box, as reported by the Review-Journal (September 17, 2026). What food and drink comes with that space has not been detailed.

Comfort while you eat

The ballpark is fully enclosed and climate-controlled, with air conditioning delivered from under the seats, reported by the Review-Journal and confirmed as "climate-controlled" by the team. That is a big deal in a city where normal July highs top 104 degrees. Our weather and what to bring guide has more.

The ballpark's entrance is planned as an elevated plaza tied into the pedestrian bridges at Las Vegas Blvd and Tropicana Ave (Review-Journal). MGM Grand is directly across Tropicana Ave, and the bridges link Excalibur and MGM Grand to the intersection. The restaurants below were listed on each resort's official dining page when we checked on October 4, 2026. Lineups change, so confirm before you go. We do not list hours or prices here.

MGM Grand

MGM Grand's dining page features Morimoto Las Vegas, Tom Colicchio's Craftsteak and Luchini Italian Restaurant, and it offers mobile ordering for pickup. It is the sit-down, special-occasion end of the pregame range, with casual options too.

New York-New York

New York-New York's dining page lists 21 venues, among them Tom's Watch Bar, a sports bar with a patio, Nine Fine Irishmen, Gallagher's Steakhouse, Shake Shack, Nathan's and the NYNY Food Hall. It also features The Park, which it describes as an outdoor dining and entertainment district. It is already a busy pregame spot for T-Mobile Arena crowds.

Excalibur

Excalibur's dining page lists 19 venues, including TAP Sports Bar, which it pitches as the place to be before, during and after games, plus The Buffet at Excalibur, Dick's Last Resort, Buca di Beppo and a food court. It leans casual and quick, which suits a pregame stop.

Luxor

Luxor's official site features Diablo's Cantina, Tender Steakhouse, Public House and Pyramid Cafe. By street address it sits a bit farther south than Excalibur, so budget extra time.

Tips for Pregame Food and Drinks

  • Book sit-down meals early on big dates. Opening Day 2028 and weekend games will compete with other events on the south Strip.
  • Use mobile ordering where offered if you want to grab food quickly.
  • Do not count on bringing food in. The ballpark's bag and outside-food policies have not been announced.
  • Plan for the bridges. If the Bally's plaza is not ready at opening, the Review-Journal reported fans would come down from the bridges and take escalators up to the entrance.

Where Can You Watch A's Away Games in Las Vegas?

l Guidara leads the culinary program, confirmed by the team, with 34 concession markets and 27 bars reported by the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

Until 2028, the A's play home games at Sutter Health Park in West Sacramento, so Las Vegas fans are watching on TV. Our guide to the best sports bars in Las Vegas to watch A's games covers where fans gather, and our Watch in Las Vegas page explains how to find games on TV and streaming.

What Is Still Unknown
